21CC Group is proud to announce the acquisition of Edinburgh based Rogue City Productions, one of Scotland’s leading creative production houses. This strategic move brings together two powerhouse teams with a shared vision for innovation, impact, and world-class event experiences.
The acquisition comes at a landmark moment for 21CC, as the company celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2025. Originally founded in 2000, 21CC has consistently been at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, setting new standards and redefining innovation in the event industry, and today has evolved into a full turn key offering to clients, from event management, creative design, on site operations, to technical delivery, lighting, sound as well as lasers, projections, holograms and professional firework displays.
“Rogue City Productions is a natural fit for 21CC,” said Geoff Crow, Managing Director of 21CC Group. “They’ve built an incredible reputation for bold creativity and flawless delivery. This partnership is about combining our strengths to push boundaries and raise the bar across the UK events industry.”
Founded in 2015 by Shane Grieve, Rogue City Productions quickly emerged as Scotland’s most successful creative production house, known for producing immersive, high-impact experiences for major brands including Terminal V, the Royal Highland Show, Manchester Pride and Parklife to audiences nationwide.
“By joining forces with the 21CC Group, Rogue City gains the backing, infrastructure, and collaborative power required to push the business to the next level,” said Grieve. “This will allow our team to scale our creativity, expand our capabilities, and deliver even more unforgettable experiences for clients across the country.”
The move reflects 21CC’s long-term growth strategy, investing in people, partnerships, and creative innovation to stay at the forefront of the live events landscape.
“Small companies thrive on innovation, agility, and passion,” added Crow. “By bringing Rogue City into the 21CC family, we’re combining those entrepreneurial strengths with the reach, resources, and support of a larger group—setting ourselves up for even greater creative freedom and long-term success.”
As the two teams come together, both remain committed to the values that have defined their work: excellence, imagination, and audience impact.
“This partnership isn’t just a milestone,” said Grieve. “It’s a launchpad. Both Rogue City and 21CC share the same ambition—to deliver the most ambitious, high-impact productions in the industry. Together, we’re ready to take that to the next level.”
