We are so excited to be partnering with GC Live (https://gclive.co.uk/) to bring you a brand new, action packed event this autumn. Fawkes Festival is a series of professional firework spectaculars, and immersive light-laser-sound extravaganzas, primed to set the skies ablaze. Billed as an exciting, unique and fun way to experience both Halloween and Guy Fawkes nights, the festival runs from 28th October to 5th November and promises an action-packed and enjoyable evening for all.

Geoff Crow, Director of 21CC Group said, “This is going to be Scotland’s biggest and best Fawkes Festival.  Since the pandemic, there have been virtually no big shows like this around the country but we’re bringing these events back with a bang!”

The first fireworks spooktacular takes place at Dalkeith Country Park, just outside Edinburgh, on Saturday, October 28 with the festivities culminating in a Halloween-inspired fireworks show, set to classic Halloween tunes, with the grand vista of Dalkeith Palace as a backdrop.

The following night, Sunday, October 29, sees the Halloween Classics event move to Dean Castle Country Park, Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, where the pyrotechnics will light up the skies above Dean Castle.

On Saturday, November 4, Hopetoun House, South Queensferry, hosts the annual Hopetoun Bonfire and Family Fireworks Spectacular with the theme of ‘A Night At The Movies’. The evening will feature fireworks set to film scores and classic movie songs. There will be a real bonfire and a brilliant bungee jump amongst other exciting entertainment.

Then on the traditional night of gunpowder, treason and plot – Sunday, November 5 – it is the turn of Gosford House, East Lothian to showcase the ‘Movie Magic’ spectacular featuring a fireworks display to music with lights, sky trackers and lasers, plus entertainment including a DJ, bubbles, fire pits, marshmallows, hot chocolate and performers.

GC Live will also be taking the Fawkes Festival to two venues in England where there will be a special movie-themed Light-Laser-Sound Extravaganza, featuring London’s largest 15-minute immersive light and laser display to music with sky trackers, flames and special effects.

These events are being staged at London’s Ravenscourt Park and Bishops Park with shows taking place at both venues on November 3 and 4.
