The goal of this project was to create a stunning and memorable experience for guests at an annual bier halle-themed celebratory event held at Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. This would involve designing and implementing a special performance featuring sound, lighting, and projection effects that would take the audience on a journey through the different decades of music over the past 50 years. The aim was to use the immersive performance to transport guests through the years and surprise and delight them with the unique theme.
21CC Productions – Our 21CC Production team collaborated with Stark Events to fulfil the requirements of their private client, for an event at a stunning venue. We held client meetings, conducted site visits, and worked within the constraints of the budget and timeline to thoroughly plan and prepare for the event. This included reviewing the power requirements, testing, projection mapping and other technical elements, including designing and programming audio and visual content. Our team used innovative technical lighting and projection kit including the Ayrton Cobra Laser Source Moving Heads, Diablo-S Moving Heads, and Panasonic PT-RQ22K 20K Lumen 4K Laser Projector, to transform the venue and create an immersive and impressive experience for guests.
The result was a memorable evening celebrating a special event at a beautiful venue, enhanced by our technical services and creative design. Our technical expertise helped bring the bier halle theme to life, and the surprise element of the event delighted guests. Both client and guests were thrilled with the outcome.
